Phoenix Energy is the gas network operator responsible for maintaining the gas infrastructure and operating the network 24/7 across our licensed area, which includes Greater Belfast, Larne and East Down. While we are not a gas supplier, we work closely with local gas suppliers to help ensure customers receive the support they need.
Your gas supplier may be able to assist you directly, including through dedicated care schemes and additional support services. Please see the information below for details on how they can help.

When you first apply for a natural gas service and meter, you can advise us who you wish your supplier to be. Once we have connected your property we will notify your chosen gas supplier.
