Phoenix Energy is a gas network operator and is responsible for the maintenance of its infrastructure as well as the 24/7 operation and transportation platform for natural gas suppliers and customers across its licenced area which encompasses Greater Belfast, Larne and East Down. We maintain the network and deliver gas to homes and businesses across our licensed area. We don't send bills, supply PAYG meter cards or manage your direct debit, that's your gas supplier's responsibility.
Getting connected for the first time?
When you first apply for a natural gas service and meter, you can advise us who you wish your supplier to be. Once we have connected your property we will notify your chosen gas supplier.
Already connected to our network?
Did you know that once connected to our network, the domestic gas suppliers SSE and Firmus Energy operate a range of services to meet the differing needs of energy users. You should check out these schemes with your chosen domestic gas supplier to see if you might be eligible.
