As a #NotJustForBoys Champion, we regularly support WOMEN’STEC in their ambition of giving women and girls exposure to industries they’re traditionally under-represented in, such as construction or transport. The programme is designed to challenge misconceptions of careers in traditionally male-dominated industries, aiming to increase awareness among women and girls of the wide array of career opportunities available to them.
The partnership forms an important part of Phoenix Energy's wider Responsible Business programme, which focuses on giving back to the community and making the workplace fairer for everyone.
