Hybrid Heating Technical Lead
Northern Ireland’s gas Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) - Phoenix Energy, Kinecx Energy and Evolve – are planning to research the potential household, decarbonisation and energy system benefits associated with Hybrid Heat Pumps through a large-scale (100 plus), NI wide, Hybrid Heating Trial between 2026 and 2028.
As the Hybrid Heating Technical Lead, you will support the successful delivery of this Trial through the provision of expert technical advice and support, engaging with homeowners participating in the Trial, reviewing installer reports, interpreting data to generate learnings for Trial reports, ensuring that Trial monitoring systems are working correctly and that issues are addressed as quickly as possible and answering heating system related questions from internal and external stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to play a key role in the successful delivery of a priority project for the renewable gas industry.
