Emergency Gas Service Engineer

As an Emergency Gas Service Engineer, you will provide 24/7 first response gas emergency service in line with agreed Standards and Safety Procedures throughout the entire Phoenix Energy License area. You will also be involved with the installation, repair and exchange of meters and other Phoenix Energy assets. To carry out boiler checks and other chargeable works.

Department: PES Engineers

Salary Range: £24,080 - £30,000 per annum starting salary

Experience: Minimum of 1 years’ post apprenticeship or similar experience in domestic gas utilisation and/or heating & plumbing including diagnostics. Customer service experience

Project & Reporting Manager

As the Project and Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of allocated projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Initially with particular focus on managing a project to oversee the transition of the NI gas emergency call centre, currently with Cadent, to a new solution for NI.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management roles, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards or a minimum of 3 years of experience in governance, risk management
