Low Carbon Heating Analyst
Support the delivery of Phoenix Energy’s low carbon heat workstreams including hybrid heat pump trials and energy efficiency interventions in collaboration with partner organisations.
The role’s primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of the large-scale (100 plus homes) NI Hybrid Heat Pump Programme. This will include managing, collating, and analysing the large volumes of data developed from hybrid heat pump monitoring systems. You will also have responsibility for supporting the development of regular, high quality, performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Range: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum
Experience: • One years’ experience working in either a research role, an economist role, a regulatory role, an analyst role, a government policy/public affairs role or equivalent.

You will work as part of the Customer Services team, providing frontline support to existing and potential customers through efficient handling of telephone calls, emails, and service requests.
You will be responsible for recording customer and job request details on company systems, initiating appropriate responses in line with defined business processes, and delivering inclusive, excellent customer service that meets the needs of all consumers, including those requiring additional support. The role involves significant administrative responsibilities including planning and scheduling asset maintenance work, connections and communications to property owners, coordinating appointments with customers and field operatives, and managing diary and resource planning systems.
You will respond to gas emergencies, manage asset maintenance programme scheduling, handle complaints, process completed documentation and certification, and provide comprehensive administrative support whilst ensuring compliance with safety standards, Standards of Service requirements, and regulatory obligations including ISO 22458.

Salary Range: £25,983.50 per annum
Experience: At least two year’s experience working within a contact center dealing with high volume telephone enquiries. OR At least three year’s experience in a retail environment.
