1. By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Open to NI residents aged 18 years and over, except Phoenix Energy employees, their families or agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Only one entry per person.
3. To enter, like & share the Facebook post, tag a friend in the comments, and ‘follow’ the Phoenix Facebook page if you are not already following it.
4. There will be 1 winner only who will receive a prize of a £100 one 4 all voucher, 2x shower timers, 1x Masterplug TMS24-MP Energy Saving Daily Mechanical Segment Timer Plug, White and 1x Power Meter Plug Energy Monitor Watt Meter Backlight LCD Display Electricity Usage Monitor Consumption Analyzer Voltage Amps Wattage KWH Outlet Power Meter Socket. A cash alternative cannot be provided.
5. The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator and verified by 2 Phoenix staff members.
6. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.
7. Closing Date for entry of the competition is at midnight on Tuesday 20th September.
8. The winner will be drawn by 5pm Wednesday 21st September and contacted within 72 hours by Facebook Messenger. The prize will be posted out to the winners’ address within 1 month of initial communication. If Phoenix Energy cannot make contact or do not receive a reply from the winner within 72 hours of drawing the competition, we will seek a new winner which will be another entrant who meets the competition criteria, drawn at random through a random number generator.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the prize, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
